How we ship
We ship from Jasionka near Rzeszów in Poland. Within Poland: InPost parcel locker 15 PLN, DPD courier 19 PLN, collection in person free of charge — and orders from 400 PLN ship free within Poland.
Deliveries across the EU go through OSS — VAT is charged at the destination country rate, and the courier cost appears in the cart as soon as you enter an address.
Returns
You have 14 days from receiving the parcel to withdraw from the contract — no reason needed, including items bought on promotion or with a discount code. You may unpack and test the drone the way you would in a shop. Return postage is on you; we refund the cost of delivery to you.
Complaints
If the goods do not conform to the contract, we are liable for two years from delivery. Send your claim to contact@xerall.com — describe what is happening and include your order number.
Do I need to register the drone or pass an exam?
No exam and no licence — every model we sell weighs under 250 g, which places it in the EU open category, subclass A1. Registration is a separate matter: all three models have a camera, and in the EU the operator of a camera drone must be registered regardless of weight. Registration is free and takes a few minutes.
Is this a good first drone?
Yes — which is why every model has one-button take-off and landing plus altitude hold. The drone keeps the height it stopped at, so at first you only steer direction. You can also draw a route with your finger on the phone screen and the drone flies it on its own.
How much does delivery cost?
Within Poland: InPost parcel locker 15 PLN, DPD courier 19 PLN, free above 400 PLN. We ship from Jasionka near Rzeszów. Deliveries across the EU go through OSS — VAT is charged at the destination country rate, and the courier cost appears in the cart once you enter an address.

What if something breaks?
We stock more than twenty spare parts for the X-TANKCOPTER, from a propeller costing a couple of euros to the main board — the parts that break most often you can replace yourself, and the X-TANKCOPTER ships with a screwdriver. If the fault appeared within two years of purchase and was not caused by an impact, it is a complaint rather than a spare-part purchase.
