GoAERO Prize introduces Team BECCARII

GoAERO — the competition run with NASA and the Vertical Flight Society — published a profile of our team. It is the most thorough English-language piece written about this project so far.

It describes an autonomous vertical-takeoff rescue vehicle in which the tracks act as land drive, water drive and landing gear at once, with the rotors stowed inside their hollow chambers. It also goes back to first place in the DARPA UAVForge competition in 2012.
